Sign up as a Client and complete ID verification (required and must be approved before you can post). Once approved, go to your dashboard, click to post an errand, and describe what you need—whether it's shopping at Garki Market or picking up documents in Lokogoma. Choose your runner from the bids, and they'll handle the rest.
Register as a Runner (you must be a student), complete our verification process, and start bidding on errands in Lagos, Abuja, or anywhere in Nigeria. You make bids for errands based on your schedule and earn on your terms!
Yes! We use an escrow system that holds your payment until the errand is completed to your satisfaction. No worries, whether you're in Port Harcourt or Ibadan.
You pay only the errand amount—no extra charges. The amount you set is what you pay. A platform fee is deducted from the runner's payout: for errands under ₦5,000 we take ₦300; for errands ₦5,000 and above we take 10%. Minimum errand budget is ₦2,000.

We're considering recurring errands. For now, post each errand individually—it only takes a moment from your dashboard, and you can assign repeated tasks to favorite Runners when you find someone you trust.
Yes! Businesses can use YiAiki by signing up as a Client and posting errands—document runs, deliveries, or other tasks. Post what you need, accept a bid from a verified runner, and they handle the rest. No separate business account required.
After each errand, you can rate your runner and leave a review. Check ratings to choose the best runner for your task, building a trusted community. Runners too can rate Clients after each errand, so it is not one-sided.
A dedicated mobile app is coming soon. In the meantime, you can get an app-like experience by adding YiAiki to your home screen through your phone's browser. Open YiAiki in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone): on Chrome, tap the menu (⋮) and choose "Install app" or "Add to Home screen"; on iPhone, tap the Share button and then "Add to Home Screen." The same works on your computer—in Chrome or Edge, open YiAiki, then use the install icon in the address bar or the menu to install YiAiki so it opens in its own window like an app.
