Refund Policy
Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed on YiAiki. All refunds are credited to the client's YiAiki wallet unless otherwise stated.
When the runner cancels
If a runner cancels an accepted errand, YiAiki may investigate. If the admin finds the runner at fault, the client may receive a full or partial refunddepending on the outcome of the investigation. The refund is credited to the client's wallet.
When the client cancels
If a client cancels an accepted or in-progress errand, any refund may be subject to fees or penalties as determined by YiAiki in line with platform policies. The specific amount (e.g. refund minus a fee or penalty) will depend on the circumstances and admin review.
Disputes
When a dispute is raised, our team investigates and decides the outcome. Depending on that outcome, the client may receive a full or partial refund. Refunds are credited to the client's YiAiki wallet.
