Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YiAiki, a platform that connects clients with errand runners ("Services"). By accessing or using YiAiki, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

• "Client" refers to individuals who use YiAiki to request Services.

• "Runner" refers to individuals who offer Services through YiAiki (and are verified students from accredited institutions).

• "Errand" refers to a specific task or errand requested by a Client.

Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using YiAiki.

Runner Responsibilities

• Runners must provide high-quality Services and meet the expectations of Clients.

• Runners are responsible for their own actions and any damages caused while performing errands.

Payment Terms

• Clients must pay for Services rendered by Runners through YiAiki's in-platform payment system. Your payment is held in escrow by YiAiki and is only released to the Runner when you confirm that the errand has been completed to your satisfaction.

• A platform service charge applies per errand and will be clearly shown before you accept a bid or assign an errand.

• YiAiki may apply fines or require compensation in line with platform policies—for example, for cancellations, disputes, or other breaches. These will be communicated at the time they apply.

Termination

• YiAiki reserves the right to terminate or suspend Client or Runner accounts for violating these Terms.

• You may deactivate your account at any time through your account settings (under Account Security). Deactivation can be reversed by contacting support. For permanent account closure, please contact us.

Disputes

Disputes between Clients and Runners regarding errands are subject to YiAiki's dispute resolution process. You agree to use the in-platform dispute and support channels rather than pursuing claims outside the platform for matters arising from use of the Services.

Liability and Disclaimer

• YiAiki is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its Services.

• YiAiki does not guarantee the quality or reliability of Services provided by Runners.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
