Ratings & Reviews

Trust is key at YiAiki, and our two-way rating system ensures accountability. After an errand is completed, both the Client and Runner can leave a review. Always be polite, clear, and professional to maintain high ratings.
When Can You Leave a Review?
- Reviews can only be submitted for errands that have been completed (status: Completed).
- When an errand is completed, both parties receive notifications (in-app and email) prompting them to leave a review.
- You can leave a review from your Errands page by opening the completed errand and clicking "Leave Review" (if you haven't reviewed yet).
How to Submit a Review
- Rating is required: Select 1 to 5 stars (1 = poor, 5 = excellent).
- Comment is optional: You can add written feedback about your experience.
- Clients review Runners: Rate the runner's work quality, professionalism, and reliability.
- Runners review Clients: Rate the client's communication, clarity of instructions, and payment behavior.
- Once submitted, your review is visible on the other party's profile and cannot be edited.
Review Moderation
- All reviews go through automatic moderation to check for inappropriate content.
- Reviews may be flagged if they contain offensive language, spam, or false information.
- Flagged reviews are reviewed by YiAiki administrators, who may remove inappropriate content.
- You can report a review if you believe it violates platform guidelines.
Viewing Reviews
- Reviews are displayed on profiles: Check a runner's or client's profile to see their average rating and review history.
- You can view all reviews you've received on your Reviews page (from your dashboard).
- Reviews show: star rating, written comment (if provided), date, and the errand type.
- Average ratings are calculated from all reviews and displayed prominently on profiles.
Why Reviews Matter
- For Clients: High-rated runners are more likely to be chosen. Reviews help you select reliable runners for your errands.
- For Runners: High ratings improve your profile visibility and increase your chances of being selected for errands.
- Low ratings without constructive feedback can affect trust and future opportunities.
- Repeated poor behavior (abuse, non-payment, incomplete tasks) reflected in reviews can lead to warnings, fines, suspensions, or account bans.
- Your reviews help build a trusted community where everyone can make informed decisions.
